If a player wishes to use a 2 5/8” in LL Majors, or below, It MUST BE branded USA Baseball.
Any 2 ¼” dia. bat must be alloy barrel for the 2019-20 season.
The easiest way to identify it is the attached logo on the handle of the bat, see below:
