NSW State Title Recap

The State Championships have been run and won over the last few weeks.
Results for Ryde we excellent as a whole.

Senior League - were up in a game v Hills when the rain came and washed away their hope of pulling off the victory unfortunately eliminating them from Nationals.
Junior League - Finals day was held on Sunday the 24th of April.  Ryde defeated Hills to go into the final against Cronulla that afternoon.  In a nail-biter Ryde narrowly lost to Cronulla and finished with the silver medal.
Little League - Ryde had 2 Charters, North finished 3rd and qualified form Nationals and South finished a credible 6th.
Minors - Ryde had 2 teams with North defeating Cronulla for the Gold Medal and the South came a credible 7th.

A big congratulations to all our rep teams and we wish the Ryde Junior League and the Ryde North Little League All Star teams all the best a their upcoming National Championships in May and June respectively.

It’s a big cost getting our teams to Nationals, if you can support the boys please buy some raffle tickets from the Junior League team contact Kerri (rydejuniorleague@gmail.com) or come to the Bingo Night for the Little League team on May 28th at Epping Boys High School.  See the attached flyer or contact Shane (baseball@qea.com.au).  Also Little League have an online funder using the following link gofundme.com/r4zvhp7w

Many thanks to everyone involved in our RHBL community this year and we look forward to an even better one next season.
